Shipping and Taxes
We only offer shipping INSIDE Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, holidays or any days the shipping carriers are closed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. Orders placed too late in the day will be processed the next day. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated from shipping address information, as provided by you, as well as the amount of products you order. The rates will vary depending on customer's location and size/weight of package. You will be able to see the total shipping price on the shopping cart page before finalizing your order.
Shipping charges to Canada's various Northern Territories are much higher than the regular provinces, as those charges reflect the rates that the various shipping carriers charge. Please note that Spytech.com has no influence on these higher rates.
For shipping Spytech.com offers a Purolator Courier and a Canada Post option for customers to choose at checkout. Of course, the difference is that Purolator Courier usually takes less time but costs more than Canada Post.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Most orders will take the estimated number of days to arrive, however, unknown factors such as remote locations or delays in payment processing may increase shipping time. These events are not factored in the following estimated shipping time because they are unusual occurrences.
Courier shipping usually takes between 2-10 days
Canada Post shipping usually takes around 3-20 days
(In our experience the shipping time is most effected by the customer's proximity to major cities in Canada)
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Spytech.com ships to addresses within Canada, Canadian Territories, and Canadian P.O. Box addresses. These types of addresses should not choose courier shipping as only Canada Post will deliver to PO boxes. Couriers have refused shipments to P.O. Boxes in the past.
Spytech.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The customer is fully responsible for providing a valid shipping address and contacting the courier to make arrangements if there is a problem with delivery. Shipments that are refused upon delivery, have incorrect shipping address information or are sent back to us for any reason, will be refunded upon returning, minus all shipping costs. This includes shipping charge to customer, which was already paid, as well as any return shipping charges we are billed. Spytech.com can only ship to the address you provide, and we cannot be responsible for what you decide to do when your shipment arrives at that address.
Taxes are determined by the destination province indicated in the shipping address. We collect GST and HST and pay them as required by the provinces that charge these taxes. If there are any additional provincial or local taxes in your region, please remit them as required.
