Tracking Functions

Access multiple global navigation satellite systems GPS, GLONASS and Galileo, to provide ultimate location tracking reliability. Dual-format GPS coordinates with latitude and longitude references offer unparalleled situational awareness. Never get lost, as Waypoint Mode allows you to create a waypoints to mark the location of your vehicle, before you start your trip, and Trackback Route function allows you to navigate the same route back to your starting point. In addition to GPS, GLONASS and Galileo tracking systems, watch is equipped with ABC sensors, including an altimeter for elevation data, barometer to monitor weather and three-axis electronic compass. Use the Jumpaster mode to calculate high-altitude release points according to military guidelines while navigating to your objective once you’ve jumped out of an airplane.

Health Functions

Use Garmin App to access preloaded activity profiles for swimming, running, biking, hiking, rowing, strength and more. Wrist sensor allows watch to provide heart rate data along with alerts if your heart rate stays too high or too low while you’re at rest. Gauge how hard your heart is working during activities, even underwater. Heart rate variability is also used to calculate your stress level score, so you can see if you’re having a calm, balanced or stressful day. For altitude acclimation or sleep monitoring, a “Pulse Ox” sensor uses light beams at your wrist to gauge how well your body is absorbing oxygen. Optimize your body’s energy reserves, using heart rate variability, stress, sleep and other data to gauge when you’re ready to be active or when you may need to rest.

Smart Functions

Watch allows you to go dark by enabling Stealth Mode to stop storing and sharing your GPS position and disable wireless connectivity and communication. Display can operate in daytime/nighttime mode and is designed to be compatible with night vision goggles. View the Power Manager to see how various settings and sensors impact your watch’s battery life, so you can make battery-extending changes on the fly. Receive emails, texts and alerts right on your watch when paired with a compatible device.
